W.W.II. British military pocket watch made by the quality Swiss watch manufacturer Jaeger LeCoultre. Issued in 1939.
Plated nickel case with snap-on back and bezel. British military markings engraved on back of case : War Department arrow, "G.S.T.P. (General Service Temporary Pattern)" and "M46105". Case diameter (not including crown) : 52mm. Case condition : 75% (some wear to plating).
Gilt 15 jewel movement, calibre 467/2. Signed, "Jaeger LeCoultre". Movement condition (appearance) : 90 %. Time keeping : good.
Cream coloured dial with subsidiary seconds. Black numerals, luminous hour markers, numerals (12, 3 & 9) and skeleton hands. (luminous paint faded with age). Dial condition : 85%.
