W.W.I. Military Style INGERSOLL Radiolite Wrist Watch. 1918

Genuine, W.W.I. period, large military style wrist watch manufactured in USA by the Ingersoll Watch Company. Dating from 1918 (dated by movement serial number).
Large nickel plated brass case with snap on back and bezel. Original wire lugs. Fitted with an acrylic UB glass. Case diameter (not including crown): 39.5mm. Case condition: 80%.
Original black dial with subsidiary seconds. Luminous hands and numerals (luminous paint no longer active). Dial signed, "Ingersoll - Radiolite". Dial condition: 90%.
Large nickel plated pin pallet movement decorated with 'Geneva Stripe' machine engraving. Movement signed, "Robt. H. Ingersoll & Bro. - New York, U.S.A." and with various patent dates. Movement condition (appearance): 90%. Good working order. Time keeping: good.
Comes with a black leather military type watch strap.
