Gold filled, American Waltham "Riverside" pocket watch supplied to the U.K. market and dating from around 1901.

English made, 10ct gold filled case with hinged bezel back and inner dust cover. Case signed, "Moon - Dennison Watch Case Co. Ltd.". Bezel still fitted with original bevelled glass. Case diameter (not including pendant) : 50.5mm. Case condition : 85% (some wear to plating on bow).

Original, unsigned white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds (dial unsigned giving retailer option to add their own mark) . Bold black Roman numerals. Blued steel hands. Dial condition : 100%.

Beautifully finished, high grade, size 16 (19 ligne), 17 jewel adjusted movement. Movement signed, "A.W.W.Co. Waltham, Mass. - Riverside." (Model 1899). Gold screw set jewels. Gold centre wheel. Very attractively decorated with a damascened, machine engraved design. Micrometer regulator. Compensation balance wheel. Movement condition (appearance): 98%. Recently serviced. Time keeping : good.
