Stainless steel & pink gold Omega wrist watch with an early "28.10" 'bumper' automatic movement (Omega's first automatic calibre). Dating from around 1948.
Stainless steel case with solid pink gold bezel and pink gold capped lugs. Screw-on back. Case signed, "Omega" (case ref. 2476-1). Attractive sculptured lugs. Case width (not including crown) : 33mm. Case condition : 90%.
Beautifully restored silver coloured dial with subsidiary seconds. Very attractive alternating stylised pink gilt numerals and raised 'dagger' batons. Dial signed, "Omega - Automatic". Dial condition : 100%.
Nice quality, gilt, 12.75 ligne, 17 jewel bumper automatic movement. Signed, "Omega" (calibre 28.10 RA PC). Shock absorber. Movement condition (appearance) : 90%. Recently serviced. Time keeping : good.
