Large, fat, nickel case with screw down back & bezel. Signed inside back, "Zenith Watch Co.". Back engraved with British War Department arrow above a capital " I " ( India). "GS Mk1" (General Service Mk1), "8124345". Case width: 59 mm. Case Depth: 21 mm. Case condition: 85%.

Black enamel dial with subsidiary seconds. White numerals & minute markers. Luminous paint on hour markers. Steel skeleton hands with luminous paint. Luminous paint faded with age. Signed "Zenith", also marked with War Dept. arrow and a capital " I " above reference # "1939". Dial condition : 90%.

Gilt 7 jewel, keyless wind, Zenith movement. Calibre no. 19-34-1-T. Recently serviced. Movement condition: 90%. Time keeping: good.
