Steel Omega Wrist Watch. Unusual Tonneau Case. c.1937

Stainless steel Omega wrist watch with unusual and attractive tonneau shaped case. Dating from around 1937.

Stainless steel tonneau shaped case with bevelled lugs and snap-on back & bezel. Inside case back signed, "Omega". Case width (not including crown) : 31mm. Case condition : 85%.

Original, two tone, silver coloured dial with subsidiary seconds. Signed "Omega". Dial condition : 80% (slight ageing).

Good quality, nickel plated, 12 ligne, 15 jewel jewel movement. Signed "Omega" (Calibre. 26.5 S0B T.2). Bimetallic compensation balance wheel. Breguet over-coil hairspring. Movement condition (appearance) : 90%. Recently serviced. Time keeping : good.
