Genuine Swedish military issue Lemania 'Tg 195' wrist watch with a specially designed "flyback" movement. Dating from around 1957.

Large, robust, asymmetrical stainless steel case with screw-on back and inner dust cover. Fixed strap bars. Pusher button on edge case at the 2 o'clock position which facilitates the synchronization of the watch. Depressing this button stops the movement, resets the sweep second hand to zero and automatically adjusts the winding crown to the hand setting position. The watch can be then be restarted by depressing the winding crown. The back of the case is engraved with the Swedish military insignia (three crowns) and with the serial number number, "57/1909". Case width : 40mm. Case condition : 85%.

Original black dial with luminous hands and numerals (some ageing to luminous paint). Outer second chapter, divided into 5ths of a second. Dial signed, "Lemania - Tg 195". Dial condition : 90%.

Large, high quality, nickel plated, 15 ligne, 16 jewel movement. Fly-back mechanism. Movement signed, "Lemania" (calibre 2225). Bimetallic compensation balance wheel. Breguet over-coil hairspring. Shock absorber. Movement condition (appearance) : 95%. Good working order. Time keeping : good.

Comes with black nylon Nato style strap.
