Original W.W.II. German Army issue wrist watch manufactured by Zenith. Dating from around 1943.

Plated satin finish case with screw-on stainless steel back and inner dust cover. Fixed strap bars. Back marked with German military markings ,"D.H." (Dienstuhr Heer - Servicewatch - Army) and with the serial number "8395029". Inside back signed, "Zenith". Case diameter (not including crown) : 34mm. Case condition : 90%.

Black dial with subsidiary seconds. Silver numerals and hour markers. Luminous hands, hour markers and numerals "3, 9 & 12" (luminous paint faded with age). Dial signed, "Zenith". Dial condition : 80%.

Nice quality, gilt, 12 ligne, 15 jewel movement. Signed, "Zenith" (calibre 12-4-6). Shock absorber. Movement condition (appearance) : 90%. Recently serviced. Time keeping : good.
