Sterling Silver IWC Pocket Watch. c.1930s. NEAR MINT

Sterling silver pocket watch made by the high quality manufacturer, "International Watch Co." (IWC). Dating from the late 1930s. Near mint condition.

Solid sterling sliver case with hinged bezel, back and inner dust cover. Inside back stamped with both Swiss and German '0,925' sterling silver hallmarks and signed "IWC". Dustcover beautifully hand engraved with a presentation inscription in Swedish. Fitted with original beveled glass crystal in excellent condition. Case diameter (not including pendant) : 52mm. Case condition : 95%.

White enamel double sunk dial with subsidiary seconds. Black Breguet numerals and outer 24 hour chapter. Gilt hands. Dial signed, "IWC - Schaffhausen". Dial condition : 100%.

Very high quality, nickel plated, 18 ligne, 15 jewel movement. Signed "IWC" (calibre 67). Decorated with Geneva stripes . Chaton set jewels. Breguet over-coil hairspring. Compensation balance wheel. Movement condition : 100%. recently serviced. Time keeping : good.
