Rare Early Calendar Wrist Watch - RYTIME WATCH CO. c.1930 (Case Back & Movement).

Cushion case wrist watch with a rare, early, calendar mechanism. Manufactured by "Rytime Watch Co. ". Dating from around 1930.

Chrome plated, mid-size, cushion shaped case with snap-on back & bezel. Fixed strap bars. Inside case back signed, "Chromium Plated - Swiss". Case width (not including crown) : 28mm. Case condition : 95% (no wear to plating).

Original, matt, silver coloured, military style dial with subsidiary seconds. Luminous hands and numerals (luminous paint no longer active). Outer 24 hour chapter. Small, red bordered date window below the 12 o'clock position. Red calendar numerals. Dial condition : 85%.

Good quality, nickel plated, 11.5 ligne, 15 jewel movement with early calendar mechanism (A.S. - calibre 806). Movement signed, "Rytime Watch Co. - Three Adjustments". Movement condition (appearance) : 90%. Recently serviced. Good working order. Time keeping : good.
