Quality, stainless steel Certina "DS" (Double-Security) wrist watch. Dating from around 1960.

Robust stainless steel case with screw-on back. Movement secured within a special thick rubber suspension ring (unique to the DS model). Original Certina winding crown. Case back signed, "Certina". Case width (not including crown) : 36mm. Case condition : 90%.

Attractive, beautifully refinished, black coloured dial with raised batons and stylized numerals (3,6,9 & 12). Dial signed, "Certina - DS". Dial condition : 100%.

High quality, nickel plated, 17 jewel movement. Signed, "Certina" (calibre 25-35). Shock absorber. Movement condition : 100%. Recently serviced. Time keeping : good.
