Original W.W.II. period German Kriegsmarine (German Navy) issue wrist watch. Most likely to have been produced between 1942 and 1945.

Mid sized, satin finish, chrome plated case with snap-on bezel and stainless steel snap on-back. Fixed strap bars. Issue number on back of case : "139043". Marked inside back, "Edelstahlboden" (stainless steel). Case width (not including crown) : 30mm. Case condition : 85%.

Nice quality, nickel plated, 15 jewel movement. Signed "595". Movement identified as being manufactured by Alpina (calibre 595). Movement condition (appearance) : 90%. Recently serviced. Time keeping : good.

Original silver finish dial with subsidiary seconds. Black numerals. Luminous hour markers and hands (luminous paint no longer active). Signed "K.M." (Kriegsmarine) and "Siegerin". Dial condition : 75% (some ageing).
