Quality, W.W.II. period, 7-day dashboard clock made by Jaeger for the French Navy (Marine Nationale), either for use in a boat or navy motor transport. Dating from 1939.

Black painted alloy body with bracket and fixing bolts at rear. Original thick bevelled glass. Nice quality, 7-day Jaeger movement. Black dial with luminous hands and numerals (luminous paint no longer active). Dial signed, "Jaeger - Sept Jours - Marine Nationale". Clock winder is mounted on the front of case at the 8 o'clock position. Back of dial stamped with the date "4th October 1939". Diameter : 94mm. Good condition. Working order.
