Attractive, slim, chrome plated pocket watch manufactured by Movado. Most likely dating from the 1940s.
Very nice, Art Deco style, slim-line case with a stepped, snap-on back and bezel. Inside back signed with the Movado "hand & watch" logo. Case diameter (not including pendant) : 47.5mm. Case condition : 80% (some minor surface wear to case, but no brassing. some wear to plating on winding crown).
Attractive, original two-tone silver coloured dial with subsidiary seconds. Raised, gilt, alternating numerals and batons. Gilt hands. Dial signed, "Movado". Dial condition : 90%.
Nice quality, nickel plated, thin 15 jewel movement. signed, "Movado Factories" (calibre 540). Movement condition (appearance) : 95%. Time keeping : good.
