W.W.II. period British military pocket watch made by the quality Swiss watch manufacturer Jaeger LeCoultre. Issued in 1939. Very good condition.
Chrome plated case with snap-on back and bezel. British military markings on back of case : War Department arrow, "G.S.T.P. (General Service Temporary Pattern)" and "F013308". Case diameter (not including crown) : 52mm. Case condition : 95%.
High quality, gilt, 15 jewel movement. Signed, "Jaeger LeCoultre" (calibre 467/2). Movement condition (appearance) : 98%. Time keeping : good.
White coloured dial with subsidiary seconds. Black numerals, luminous hour markers, numerals (12, 3 & 9) and skeleton hands. (luminous paint no longer active). Dial condition : 100%.
