Stainless steel Omega Chronostop chronograph wrist watch dating from around 1968.
Oval stainless steel case with screw-on back. Single chronograph button at 2 o'clock position. Chronograph sweep second operates by pressing chrono button to start, pressing it again to stop (and keeping it depressed, while time keeping is read) and then releasing it to reset. Original Omega winding crown. Fitted with acrylic "Omega" UB crystal. Case signed, "Omega". Case width (not including button or crown) : 34.5 mm. Case condition : 85%.
Grey bevelled dial with steel applied batons. Black/white two tone hands. Orange chronograph second hand. Outer chronograph chapter divided into 1/25th's of a second. Dial signed, "Omega Chronostop - Genève". Dial condition : 100%.
Good quality, copper plated, 17 jewel chronograph movement. Signed, "Omega" (Calibre 865). Shock absorber. Micrometer regulator. Movement condition : 100%. Good working order. Time keeping : good.
