Porsche Design automatic, triple register (including 24hr register) chronograph with quick change day/date. A design classic produced by Orfina Watch Ltd. using a quality Lemania movement. Dating from the 1970's.
Black finish steel case with screw-on stainless steel back. Twin pushers (top - starts and stops chrono., bottom - resets). Original screw-down Porsche Design crown. Case back signed, "Porsche Design" (back still has protective factory sticker). Inside back signed, "Orfina Watch Ltd.". Case diameter (not including crown or pushers) : 41mm. Fitted with original Porsche Design bracelet. Bracelet diameter (at full extension, including watch head) : 210mm. Case/bracelet condition : 80% (some wear to finish).
Black dial with 24 hour register (moves with hands giving time using 24 hour clock), orange chronograph second hand, white chronograph minute hand, chrono. 12 hour register and subsidiary seconds dial. Day/date window at 3 o'clock. Outer tachymetre chapter. luminous hands and numerals (luminous paint faded with age). Dial signed, "Porsche Design". Dial condition : 100%. Recently fitted with new glass.
Quality, nickel plated, rotor automatic, 17 jewel chronograph movement. Signed, "Lemania Watch Ltd." (Calibre 5100). Fast beat movement. Shock absorber. Movement condition : 100%. All functions in good working order. Time keeping : good.
