Novelty Champagne Bottle Cigar Cutter. c.1890

Good quality, novelty cigar clipper in the form of a "Bollinger" champagne bottle.
The body is made from horn, the cork and label from nickel. The sprung loaded steel cutting blade is released or locked down by turning the cork. Length (not including bail ring) : 57mm. Good condition and in working order.
