Art Nouveau Silver, Edward VII Commemorative Dish. 1902

Beautiful, English made, Art Nouveau sterling silver dish commemorating the coronation of King Edward VII in 1902.

Bears the portrait of King Edward and the inscription, "King Edward VII - To Commemorate The Coronation. 1902" (all in relief). Stamped with British (Birmingham) hallmark corresponding to the year 1901. Also stamped with the maker's mark, "J.F." (James Fenton). Dish stands on three ball feet. Width : 70mm. Nice condition (a couple of minor shallow dings - see picture).

A nice quality item appealing to both Royalty and Art Nouveau collectors.
