9ct Pink Gold "Magic" Propelling Pencil. c.1910

Nice quality, solid 9ct pink gold "magic" propelling pencil (unsigned), dating from around 1910.
Clean, undecorated streamlined design. The ingenious mechanism in this pencil is known as "magic" - the lead nozzle extends automatically from the tip of the pencil by pulling on it's end. Lead is propelled by twisting the nozzle. Stamped, "9CT". Length of pencil - not including bale ring (fully closed) : 59mm, (fully extended) :108mm. Very good condition. Good working order.
