Original W.W.I. period British patriotic "Thumbs Up" lapel badge.

 Gilt brass and enamel lapel badge in the form of the nautical signal flag, the 'Blue Peter' (which indicates : 'All Aboard - Vessel About to Sail'). Within this flag is the image of a sailor smoking a pipe, and above, the caption, "Thumbs Up". Brooch pin fastening. Length : 30mm. Good condition.
