Late 19thC. Barley Twist "Magic" Prop. Pencil

Nice quality silver (unmarked) "magic" propelling pencil with an attractive "barley twist" decoration.
Likely to be of British manufacture. The lead nozzle extends automatically by pulling on the end
of the pencil. The lead
is propelled by twisting the nozzle . Lead mark on nozzle : "V.S.". Length of pencil, not including bail ring - (fully closed) : 67mm,
(fully extended) : 124mm. Very good condition. Good working order.
