1920's English Tin Clockwork Racing Car

Nice, tin plate, clockwork toy racing car. Almost certainly manufactured in Great Britain around the 1920's.

Finished in red and blue paint, this car is modeled on a typical racer of the period. Still fitted with it's original clockwork mechanism and fixed key. Pressed tin wheels printed with lithograph design and inscription, "Super - Reinforced". This toy does not bear any distinguishing marks that would identify it's manufacturer. Overall length : 308mm. Good condition (some wear and tear to paint work). Good working order.
