15ct Gold & Diamond 'Goodyear' 25 Years Service Lapel Badge

Nice quality, vintage, solid 15ct gold "Twenty Five Year" long service lapel badge (pin) made for and presented by the Goodyear Tyre & Rubber Co. Scarce, British made version. 15ct was a British gold standard which was used between 1854 and 1931.
This circular badge bears the image of the Goodyear winged shoe logo with the words, "Goodyear - 25 Years". In the centre is a star with a diamond set into its centre. Made in the U.K. Back stamped with the British gold mark, "15ct" and a serial number. Back fitted with its original pin and safety catch. Weight: 2.7g. Diameter : 15.5mm. Very good condition.
