1950s German A.D.A.C. Car Radiator Badge

Nice quality brass and enamel German ADAC motor club badge. Made by Carl Poellath and dating from the 1950s.
This front of this attractive brass badge is decorated in white and black enamel, bear's the club's eagle insigia and its initials, "A.D.A.C." The reverse is stamped with the maker's mark, "C Poellath OHG - Schrobenhausen". Diameter: 90mm. Good condition (a single chip to enamel & some surface wear).
The ADAC - Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club (General German Automobile Club) was formed on 24th May 1903 as the Deutsche Motorradfahrer-Vereinigung (German Motorbiker Association) and was renamed in 1911.
