Goodyear Advertising Folding Steel Rule. 1940's (Reverse)

Good quality folding steel rule made for the Goodyear Tyre & Rubber Co.. Most likely dating from the 1940's.

Folding black etched steel rule marked in both inches and millimetres, measuring up to 12 inches . Made for in the U.S.A. for Goodyear by "Lufkin". The reverse bears the Goodyear logo and advertises "Belting - Hosing _ packing" (in English & Spanish). Comes with original leather case. Good condition.
