Ordering Items
As most of the items listed on this web site are individual "one off" pieces, before purchasing it is necessary to contact us to check current availability. Items will be sold on a first come, first served basis. To order or enquire, please click on the button below :
Payment
Payment can be accepted by personal cheque, cashiers cheque, postal order, (U.S. dollar checks and money orders also accepted) or alternatively by Visa, MasterCard or American Express in GBP via PAYPAL online credit card service. These card transactions are carried out on PayPal's secure web site. Items purchased by cheque or money order will be dispatched on clearance. On the definite placement of an order, items will be reserved and put "on hold". They will be held for a reasonable length of time while awaiting payment. If payment is not received within this time period, the items may be made available for sale once again.

Returns Policy
Within four days of receipt, if the purchased item is found not to be as described, a refund will be given as soon as the item has been returned (providing that it is returned in the exact condition that it was received).
Shipping
Customer pays actual shipping cost (email for estimate).
Items sent within the U.K. : Dispatched using 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or by Parcel Post.
Items sent outside the U.K. : Dispatched using either Recorded Priority Airmail, Registered Priority Airmail or Parcel Post. To certain destinations, it is recommended that high value items are sent using Federal Express.
Sale Status & Tracking Info.
On the definite placement of an order, each customer will be supplied with a link to a "sale status" web page which will be specially created for the sale. By logging on to this web page, the customer will be kept informed of the current status of the sale, i.e. : date payment received, estimated date of dispatch, date item sent, etc. Once the item has been dispatched, the sale status page will be updated with the shipping and tracking information (where relevant), allowing the customer to check the progress of the package (normally to the point of it being handed over to the destination postal service).

We operate mailing lists for any customers who wish to be emailed as soon as new acquisitions are added to this web site (the addresses on this list are kept strictly confidential and are not sold or passed on to anyone).
