Rare 1938 'Luton Flying Club' Member's Badge

Original "Luton Flying Club" member's lapel badge dating from 1938.

Attractive silver plated brass, hexagonal lapel badge, decorated with red enamel. The front bears the date, "1938" and the words "Luton Flying Club Member". Below this is stamped the serial number, "198". The reverse is marked with the makers name, "Fattorini & Sons, Bradford Works, Birmingham". The badge is suspended from a chord. Width : 28mm. Very good condition.
