W.W.I. Period Crested China Model - British Airship

W.W.I. period, English "crested" china model of an early British airship.

This model is based on one of the British rigid airships built during W.W.I. The underside is printed with the maker's mark, "Arcadian China" ( Arkinstall & Son, Staffordshire, England). It has a glazed white body with gilt detail and bears a printed and hand painted coat of arms of town of Newbiggin by Sea (Northumberland, North England). Overall length : 130mm. Very good condition.
