Comments: The incredible story of Francis Chichester's single-handed seaplane flight from Australia to Japan. This was the first long distance flight ever made in a seaplane.
Sir Francis Chichester was a truly amazing character, not only making his name as a pioneer aviator with a series of epic flights, he later became a record breaking yachtsman, making numerous voyages, including single-handedly sailing around the world in 226 days, at the age of 66.
